Mission

Capital Families Association is a registered charity providing a variety of services to people of all ages in the West Shore area of Victoria.

Capital Families Association works in partnership with community, families and individuals. We develop and implement programs that:

  • Strengthen self reliance,
  • Enhance community participation and well being,
  • Provide opportunities for individuals and families to build the capacities and skills to meet life's challenges and thrive.

Capital Families Association has served families and individuals of all ages in the West Shore for over two decades. Our programs include a Family Resource Centre, a daycare centre for young parents and their children, family counselling of elementary school age children, and an organic garden project. We work from a Community Development perspective to help build individual and community resources to prevent crisis.

Most programs free of charge. Donations Always Appreciated!

Share your talents, learn new skills and have fun!
